Access to your CRM

As a Partner, we do not have access or a back door to your CRM. The only way we have of accessing your CRM is by you providing us with a User Login and Password.

If we are doing significant work on your CRM over a long period of time it is best to create us as a User on your system. We will need to give you an email address to add as a user.

For temporary or quick fixes we can use an existing Administrators login and Password. We all have our tricks for passwords (for example Dog001, Dog002), We don't want to know your real password. If you go to: https://accounts.zoho.com/ - Security you can change your password to a temporary Password. Then when the work is completed you can change it back to your normal Password.

If you can email us the login email address, but do not send the password in the same email - email is insecure. Instead send company name and password to text number 07962 436 600. Or call the office (0845 576 0501) we the details.
