One of the most significant advantages of using Zoho Flow within a Zoho One subscription is the ease with which you can connect Zoho's own applications. When you create a flow that uses a Zoho app as a trigger or action, Zoho Flow can connect to that app using your existing Zoho account, without requiring separate API keys or OAuth authorisation steps for each application.
For example, you could build a flow that triggers when a new deal is added in Zoho CRM, automatically creates a project in Zoho Projects, notifies the relevant team via Zoho Cliq, and raises an invoice in Zoho Books — all within the same flow, using your Zoho One subscription.
Zoho One includes Zoho Flow as part of the bundle, but the available plan tier and usage limits (such as the number of flows you can create and the number of tasks per month) are determined by the Zoho Flow plan associated with your Zoho One licence. Access to Zoho Flow within your Zoho One account is governed by the user management settings in Zoho One's admin panel. Administrators can assign or remove access to Zoho Flow for individual users, control which roles they have within Zoho Flow, and monitor usage across the organisation from the centralised Zoho One administration console.
In addition to launching Zoho Flow from within Zoho One, you can also access it directly by navigating to flow.zoho.com. Your Zoho One account credentials will be recognised automatically, and you will be signed in without needing to enter separate login details, provided you are already authenticated in another Zoho application.
