Yes, the Modules you see in Zoho CRM can be renamed. This is done from the same place you manage other module settings, and only takes a moment.

Steps to rename a Module

  1. Log in as an administrator. You will need Administrator privileges in Zoho CRM to make this change.
  2. Open Modules and Fields. Go to Setup, then Customization, then Modules and Fields.
  3. Find the module. Move your mouse pointer over the module you want to rename.
  4. Open the rename option. Click the Settings icon, then click Rename Module.
  5. Enter the new name. Type the singular and plural forms of the module's new name into the relevant text boxes.
  6. Choose which profiles can see it. Select the profile or profiles that should have access to the module under its new name.
  7. Save your changes. Click Save.
