Yes, the Zoho Desk Help Centre can be customised with custom HTML and CSS, going well beyond the basic colour and font options, letting your Help Centre feel like a genuine extension of your own website.
Availability by edition
Note: HTML customisation is only available on Enterprise edition. CSS customisation is available on both Professional and Enterprise editions. You'll need the Support Channels administrative permission to access this feature.
What you can customise
- HTML. Rebuild the header and footer, add or remove tabs, change the logo, and set up Sign In, Sign Up, and Sign Out links.
- CSS. Set background and text colours, reposition tabs, customise borders, and control font sizing and element placement.
How to access it
- Go to Setup, then Channels, then Help Center.
- Select the Help Center you want to customise, then Help Center Customisation.
- Click Customize on your published theme, then select the HTML or CSS tab.
A live preview sits alongside the editor, so changes are visible before you publish.
Known limitation: The sign-in and sign-up pages of the Help Center run inside an iframe and can't be customised with HTML or CSS due to technical constraints. If you need to change how these specific pages look, that isn't currently achievable through the customisation editor.
