Changing a .com customer to Sterling billing
Original customers had to register on .com and pay in Dollars. Subsequently, Zoho released a European edition (on .eu servers) which offered Sterling pricing. The question was asked if a customer is on the .com Server and is paying in Dollars, can they change this to pay in Sterling?
Yes it is possible, you need to downgrade the account to Free plan and then reactivate it again in £ Sterling, provided Zoho support £ Sterling for that particular service.
