Keeping Account records accurate and complete is one of the most time-consuming aspects of CRM management. Zia's Company Data Enrichment feature automates this process — drawing on external data sources to populate your Account records with verified company information, business intelligence, and digital presence details, reducing manual research and keeping your data current.
When enrichment is triggered on an Account record, Zia retrieves data across four categories:
Core identifying information including company name, logo, description, business type, years in operation, headquarters location, and registered address.
Primary contact information including email address, phone number, and company website.
Commercial and organisational data covering industry sector, employee count, annual revenue, the name of the CEO or equivalent, and key decision-makers within the organisation.
Social and online profile data including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and other relevant digital presence links.
Company Data Enrichment is user-initiated — it does not run automatically. To enrich an Account record, open the record in Zoho CRM and select the Enrich data option. Zia queries its data sources and returns the available information for your review before any fields are updated.
Conflict resolution preferences can be configured to determine how enriched data is handled when a field already contains a value — whether to overwrite, append, or leave the existing entry unchanged.
Two tabs within the Data Enrichment settings provide visibility into activity across your organisation. The History tab records previous enrichment runs — which records were processed, when, and by whom. The Usage tab tracks enrichment credit consumption so administrators can monitor usage against available allowances.
