Connecting LinkedIn to Zoho CRM with the Sales Navigator Extension

If you're looking to connect LinkedIn data to Zoho CRM, whether to find prospects, view their professional background, or push CRM records to LinkedIn, the answer is Zoho's own LinkedIn Sales Navigator extension, an official, ToS-compliant integration rather than a scraping tool or workaround URL.

Important: LinkedIn has significantly increased enforcement against scraping tools and unofficial browser extensions in recent years, including legal action against several well-known scraping services. How to install it

  1. Open the Marketplace. Go to Setup, then Marketplace, then All.
  2. Find the extension. Browse for LinkedIn Sales Navigator under All Extensions.
  3. Install it. On the Sales Navigator page, click Install and authorise the connection to your LinkedIn account.
Note: This requires LinkedIn Sales Navigator's Advanced Plus plan, a paid LinkedIn subscription in its own right, separate from your Zoho CRM subscription. Only users with an Administrator profile can install and access it. The sync is largely one-way, from LinkedIn into Zoho CRM, so don't expect changes in Zoho to push back out to LinkedIn beyond the follow-up action described above.
