The Zoho Campaigns connector for Zoho Analytics lets you analyse your email marketing activity and extract meaningful insights from campaign data. More than 50 prebuilt reports and dashboards are available from the moment you set up the integration, covering everything from open rates and click-throughs to subscriber behaviour and list performance.
You will need paid accounts on both Zoho Campaigns and Zoho Analytics to use this connector. The setup must be performed by an Account Administrator or Organisation Administrator. Once authenticated, the initial data import will begin and you will receive an email confirmation when it completes.
Scheduled data refreshes can be set to run every hour (Enterprise plan only), every 3, 6, or 12 hours (Standard plans and above), or once per day (all paid plans). Between scheduled syncs, you can trigger up to five manual refreshes using the Sync Now option.
Once connected, you can build reports using data from the following Zoho Campaigns modules:
The integration includes a set of default calculated metrics ready to use in your reports. These include click rate (unique clicks divided by emails sent, expressed as a percentage), open rate (unique opens divided by emails sent), and hard and soft bounce rate calculations using the same formula structure.
You can create more than 25 chart types including pie, bar, line, and funnel charts, as well as pivot tables, summary views, tabular reports, KPI widgets, and interactive dashboards. The formula engine allows you to build custom calculated fields, and SQL-based query tables let you combine and reshape data across multiple modules or from additional data sources you have imported.
Reports can be shared with colleagues in read-only or read-write mode. You can apply filters so that different team members see only the data relevant to them. Export formats include PDF, HTML, Excel, CSV, and image files, and you can schedule automated email delivery of reports on a regular cadence. Reports can also be embedded into websites or internal portals.
Administrators can review a 180-day audit history covering actions such as report creation, editing and deletion, module and field changes, schedule modifications, and synchronisation events including successes and failures.
