The Zoho Creator connector for Zoho Analytics allows you to bring data from your custom low-code applications directly into Analytics, where you can build charts, dashboards, and reports across your Creator forms and subforms. Data flows automatically on a schedule, so your analysis always reflects the current state of your applications.

Prerequisites

Before setting up the integration, ensure the following are in place:

• An active Zoho Creator account containing the application data you want to analyse.
• A paid Zoho Analytics subscription.
• Administrator access to configure the connector.

Setting Up the Connection

Follow these steps to connect Zoho Creator with Zoho Analytics:

1. Open the import dialog in Zoho Analytics. Access your Analytics workspace and authenticate your Zoho Creator account through the data import dialog.
2. Choose forms and subforms. Select the specific Creator forms and subforms you want to import, and pick the individual fields you need within each.
3. Configure sync settings. Set your preferred synchronisation frequency and confirm the setup to complete the configuration.
4. Wait for the first import. The initial data fetch will run automatically. You will receive an email notification once it is complete and your Analytics workspace is ready.

How Data is Structured

Each form and subform from your Zoho Creator application is imported as a separate table in Zoho Analytics. Lookup relationships between parent forms and their subforms are created automatically, making it straightforward to build reports that span multiple related tables.

Sync Frequency Options

Scheduled sync frequency is determined by your Zoho Analytics plan. You can also trigger a manual sync up to five times per day:
