The Zoho People Advanced Analytics connector brings your HR data into Zoho Analytics, where you can explore employee performance, attendance patterns, training progress, compliance metrics, and much more. With over 75 prebuilt dashboards and reports available from the moment you connect, your HR team can gain immediate insight without building everything from scratch.
Prerequisites
Before configuring the integration, confirm the following requirements are met:
- A paid Zoho Analytics account (any tier).
- A Zoho People Professional plan or higher.
- Administrator access within Zoho People to configure the connector.
Setting Up the Connection
The setup is initiated from within Zoho People rather than Zoho Analytics:
- Open the connector in Zoho People. Navigate to the Zoho People Advanced Analytics connector within your Zoho People account settings.
- Select modules and fields. Choose which HR modules and data fields you want to make available in Analytics.
- Configure the initial import. Set your preferred sync settings and confirm the initial data import configuration.
- Wait for the first sync. The initial import typically completes within minutes to a few hours, depending on the amount of data in your Zoho People account.
- Confirm by email. You will receive an email notification once the import is complete and your Analytics workspace is ready to use.
Available Modules
More than 31 modules are available for synchronisation, spanning all major areas of HR management:
- Core HR: Employee, Department, Designation, Location, and Role records.
- Performance: Performance Appraisal, Training, and Training Feedback data.
- Compliance: ADA, EEO, FMLA, OSHA, and VETS 100 compliance records.
- Operations: Asset management, Benefits, Disciplinary records, Exit Details, Projects, and Tasks.
- Time Management: Attendance reports, Timesheets, Time Logs, and Travel requests.
Note: Attendance-related modules sync according to the payroll periods configured in Zoho People, not the connector's standard sync schedule.
Sync Frequency Options
The frequency of scheduled data refreshes depends on your Zoho Analytics plan. In addition to scheduled syncs, you can trigger an instant synchronisation up to five times between intervals:
