The Zoho Recruit Advanced Analytics connector links your recruitment data with Zoho Analytics, giving your hiring team access to detailed reports on candidate pipelines, job openings, interview outcomes, and client activity. More than 50 default dashboards are included from the outset, with the flexibility to build additional custom reports as your needs evolve.
Prerequisites
Before setting up the integration, confirm the following:
- A paid Zoho Analytics subscription.
- A Zoho Recruit account on the Enterprise, Professional, Standard, or free edition plan.
- Administrator access in Zoho Recruit to configure the connector.
Setting Up the Connection
You can set up the connection from either Zoho Recruit or Zoho Analytics. The most common approach is to start from within Zoho Recruit:
- Log in to Zoho Recruit as an administrator.
- Navigate to the connector. Go to Setup > Zoho Add Ons > Advanced Recruit Analytics.
- Click Configure. This opens the connector setup wizard.
- Select fields. Choose the modules and data fields you want to include in your analytics workspace.
- Schedule synchronisation. Set when and how frequently your data should refresh.
- Save and sync. Click Save & Sync Now to save your configuration and begin the first import.
Alternatively, the integration can be initiated from Zoho Analytics by selecting Import from Zoho Recruit and specifying your workspace details.

- Clients and Contacts

- Job Openings
- Users
- Candidates vs Job Openings

- Referral Module
- Multiple Interviewers
Default fields include candidate IDs, names, email addresses, statuses, sources, and timestamps. Custom fields can be added after the initial setup is complete.
Sync Frequency Options
The frequency of scheduled data refreshes is governed by your Zoho Analytics subscription plan. You can also trigger a manual sync up to five times per day using the Sync Now option:
