The Zoho Sprints connector for Zoho Analytics gives your team advanced visibility into agile project execution. With more than 100 prebuilt reports and dashboards available from day one, you can monitor sprint progress, track releases, and identify trends across your agile workflows without building reports from scratch.
You will need a paid Zoho Analytics account, or an active Zoho CRM Plus or Zoho One subscription, as well as administrator access in both Zoho Analytics and Zoho Sprints. A 15-day free trial is available from the date of first setup.
Eighteen primary modules are transferred from Zoho Sprints into Zoho Analytics, including Items (the core tracking table with 29+ fields), Projects and Project Groups, Sprints and Sprints vs Users, Releases and Release vs Users, Epics and Item Links, Tags, Timesheet, Users, Meetings, Checklist Groups and Items, Items vs Owners, Items vs Release, and Projects vs Users.
The frequency of scheduled data refreshes depends on your Zoho Analytics plan. Enterprise accounts can sync as often as every hour; Standard and Plus accounts can choose 3, 6, or 12-hour intervals; and Basic accounts have a daily sync. Between scheduled runs, you can trigger up to five manual syncs using the Sync Now option.
The connector includes default calculated fields across key tables. The Items table includes bug, task, and story counts; the Projects table includes planned hours calculations; and the Timesheet table includes time logging conversions. Tables link automatically and you can also create lookup relationships with external data sources for cross-functional analysis.
You can build charts, pivot tables, summary views, tabular reports, KPI widgets, and interactive dashboards from your Sprints data. The Ask Zia feature lets you query your data using natural language. Reports can be exported as PDF, HTML, Excel, CSV, or image files, and you can schedule automated email delivery at defined intervals.
