You can create immersive slideshow presentations directly from your reports and dashboards in Zoho Analytics. Two presentation modes are available:

• Advanced slideshow: An enhanced format with additional layout and design options for more polished, board-level presentations.

Presentations can be played back within Zoho Analytics or exported for use in external meetings. They keep data live, so figures update automatically as the underlying data changes.

Analytics Portal

The Analytics Portal allows you to create purpose-built analytical spaces for sharing insights with specific audiences, such as a client-facing portal or a departmental hub. Portals can be branded, access-controlled, and populated with curated reports and dashboards relevant to that audience.

Zia Insights: Automated Narrative

Zia Insights is an AI-powered feature that automatically generates written narratives for your reports and dashboards. Instead of viewers having to interpret charts independently, Zia produces a textual summary of the key findings, covering what happened, trends over time, notable outliers, and contextual explanations.

This significantly reduces the time required to explore data and makes reports more accessible to non-analytical colleagues who benefit from a plain-language explanation alongside the visual output.
