Dependent (or dependency) picklists in Zoho CRM let the options in one field change automatically based on what's selected in another, such as State narrowing down once a Country is chosen. This is configured through Map Dependency.
Note: This article previously noted that the Deal Stage field could not be used as a parent field in Map Dependency. Zoho has made several improvements to Map Dependency since then, and we can't independently confirm whether this specific restriction on Stage still applies. If Stage-based dependency is important for your setup, it's worth testing directly in your account or checking with Zoho, since this kind of narrow field-level restriction isn't always documented clearly.
