If you are renaming a content section on Zoho Sites, for example changing "Blog" to "Articles" or "News", one of the key questions is whether the platform handles the URL structure change for you, or whether every individual post needs to be manually recreated under the new section name.
When you use Zoho Sites' built-in Preferences settings to rename a section, the platform automatically updates the URL structure for every underlying post in that section. There is no need to manually recreate individual posts under the new section name; the existing posts are carried across to the new path automatically.
Because the change happens automatically, your posts and their content remain intact and simply become reachable under the new path (for example, moving from /blogs/post/[name] to /news/post/[name]). This saves a substantial amount of manual rebuilding work compared with recreating each post from scratch.
