Zoho Campaigns does not allow you to import or send marketing emails to role or group email addresses, such as admin@, all@, info@, or billing@, as part of your standard mailing lists.
A role or group address delivers to a mailbox shared by several people, most of whom didn't personally opt in to receive marketing emails. Among that group, one or two people might be interested, but others are likely to mark the email as spam or unsubscribe, which damages your sender domain's reputation and, because Zoho Campaigns shares sending infrastructure across customers, can affect deliverability more broadly than just your own account.
If you have a specific business reason to add a role or group address to your mailing list, contact Zoho Campaigns support directly to discuss it, rather than trying to work around the restriction, since it's enforced as a deliverability protection measure rather than an arbitrary limit.
