Zoho Analytics allows you to send reports and dashboards directly by email, making it easy to share analytics with colleagues, clients, or stakeholders who may not have access to the Zoho Analytics platform. You can send emails on demand or set up automated schedules to deliver reports at regular intervals.

View Types That Can Be Emailed

The following view types support the email function:

• Data Tables
• Query Tables
• Charts
• Pivot Views
• Summary Views
• Tabular Views
• Dashboards

Available Email Formats

The format options available depend on the type of view being emailed:

• Tabular Views and Tables: CSV, Excel, PDF, HTML
• Charts: CSV, Excel, PDF, HTML, or as a JPG/PNG image
• Dashboards: HTML, PDF (preserving dashboard layout), or PDF (each report on a new page)

How to Email a View

1. Open the view you want to share.
2. Select Share and then choose Email.
3. Enter the recipient email addresses.
4. Select the export format for the attachment.
5. Add a subject and message if required.
6. Click Send to deliver the email immediately.

Scheduled Email Delivery

You can automate email delivery by creating a schedule. Supported frequencies are:

• Daily
• Weekly
• Monthly
• Yearly

Each individual schedule supports up to 100 recipients. The number of schedules available depends on your Zoho Analytics subscription plan:

• Basic: 4 schedules
• Standard: 10 schedules
• Premium: 30 schedules
• Enterprise: 100 schedules

Managing Email Schedules

All email schedules can be managed from the Manage Email Schedules dialog or through the Workspace Settings page. From here you can activate or deactivate schedules, trigger an immediate send, edit schedule details, or delete schedules that are no longer needed.
