The Zoho CRM global search feature empowers you to locate crucial information within the CRM effortlessly, regardless of its location. Zoho have implemented several enhancements to their global search functionality to ensure it's more intuitive and robust.
Now, you can fine-tune your searches in two ways:
- Narrow down your search to a specific module directly from the search box, providing more accurate initial results.
- Improve precision by searching within record names or tags, or both, enabling you to obtain a more refined set of search results.
To expedite your search and action process:
- Initial search results displayed as you type now include additional context to help you quickly identify the desired record.
- Once you find the record you need, you can instantly take action such as sending an email or making a phone call directly from the search results.
Zoho's advanced search functionality now offers more flexibility:
- Filter your results not only by modules but also by criteria such as record ownership, creation, and modification.
- Easily switch between sorting options to view the most recently modified or the most relevant results.
Zoho's AI Sales Assistant, Ask Zia, is now seamlessly integrated into Global Search:
- Simply press '/' in the search box to access Ask Zia and enter your query.
- Enjoy personalised suggestions based on your CRM usage to kickstart your search.
- Explore routine messages and insights on how Zia found those results within the global search interface itself.
