Zoho Analytics dashboards can be exported to a variety of file formats, making it straightforward to share your analytics with stakeholders who prefer offline documents or presentations. You can export to spreadsheets, presentations, PDFs, and HTML files, each with a range of customisation options to suit your audience and use case.

Available Export Formats

CSV

Exports dashboard data as comma-separated values. Options include choosing column separators, record separators, text qualifiers, and whether to include column headers, row numbers, and user filter criteria.

Excel (ZIP)

Exports dashboard data to an Excel file delivered as a ZIP archive. You can choose between .xlsx and .xls formats and include column headers, row numbers, and applied filter criteria.

PPT (PowerPoint)

Exports the dashboard as a PowerPoint presentation, with each view placed on a separate slide. You can select a theme template and add password protection. A maximum of 25 views can be included in a single PPT export. Multi-tab dashboards produce separate PPT files for each tab.

HTML

Exports the dashboard as a zipped HTML file that can be opened in any web browser. Layout options allow you to control title and description placement, column width ratios, and whether to include user filter labels and row numbers.

PDF

Two PDF layout modes are available:

• Layout as in Dashboard: Preserves the visual arrangement of your widgets. Best suited to chart-heavy dashboards. Configure paper size (A4, A3, Letter, Legal, Tabloid, or Auto), orientation, zoom, and margins.
• Each Report in a New Page: Places each report on its own page in a single-column layout. Includes options for a table of contents, header and footer customisation, language selection, and handling of embedded widgets.

Password Protection

All export formats support optional password protection. Set a password during the export configuration, and recipients will be required to enter it before opening the file.

Watermarks (PDF Only)

• Text Watermark: Customisable font, size, and direction.
• Image Watermark: Supports JPEG and PNG files with adjustable opacity and zoom.

Additional Export Options

• Export as Template: Saves the dashboard design as a reusable .atpt file. The template captures the layout and report structure but does not include any underlying data.
• Export to Another Workspace: Copies the dashboard blueprint, including its reports and data model, to a different workspace. This action requires administrator privileges.
