Zoho Analytics allows you to export several reports and views in a single operation, saving you the time of exporting each one individually. Whether you need to package a set of reports for offline distribution or send an entire folder of analyses to colleagues, the multiple views export feature makes this straightforward.
When exporting multiple views simultaneously, you can choose from the following formats:
You can export all views within a folder in one step. Hover over the folder in the Explorer tab, click the Action icon, and select Export views in this folder. All views within the folder will be included in the export. Dashboards are excluded from folder exports.
Exported files can be secured with a password. Select the Set Password option in the Export Settings before generating the file. Recipients will need to enter the password to open the exported content.
PDF exports support text or image watermarks. You can configure font, size, direction, opacity, and zoom. The settings you apply become the default for all subsequent PDF exports from the same workspace.
In addition to downloading, you can email multiple views or an entire folder directly to recipients. Recipients receive the exported files as a ZIP archive attached to the email, allowing you to share analytics with users who do not have a Zoho Analytics account.
