This Zoho Knowledge Base was started in 2015. Since then, not only has the portfolio of products within the Zoho Suite changed considerably but so has the features. At times what was deployed as an advanced feature gets moved to the lower products. It is impossible for us to keep reviewing and updating these Zoho Knowledge Base articles.
