FSM Is Now Available in Zoho Service Plus

Zoho Service Plus now includes field service management, with Zoho FSM added to the platform. When a support issue needs a technician on site, the agent raises a work order from the ticket window, and the whole journey from first request to final payment stays inside that one ticket.

For service businesses, this means field visits no longer sit in a separate system. Field agents and technicians can see the customer's history, the assets under service, and technician skills, so they dispatch faster and technicians arrive prepared. Every visit can follow the same checklist, process, and customer record, whichever technician goes.

What the Platform Covers

  • One connected flow. Requests, estimates, and appointments run as a single flow, and scheduled maintenance generates recurring work orders and appointments automatically.
  • Customer records. Each record holds contact details, communication history, past tickets, and serviced assets.
  • Dispatch. Dispatchers plan in the Dispatch Console using Gantt, Grid, or Calendar views, with live maps of technician locations. Roles are defined through Profiles and Skills.
  • On-site work. Technicians use job sheets for checklists, meter readings, parts used, and observations. That data feeds a quotation or invoice, and the agent can collect payment and send a feedback survey from the same window.

Fitting Different Industries

Service Plus can adapt to different industries' workflows, skills, and SLAs. Appliance repair, medical equipment, and IT hardware are examples, and the same applies to any business that sends technicians to customer sites. As you add more field agents, service regions, or recurring maintenance plans, scheduling, dispatch, and reporting can scale with you.

Where to Find It

The FSM module appears as one of the modules in the left-hand panel of Service Plus.

Availability

FSM is available for new Service Plus sign-ups in the US, AU, EU, IN, UAE, SA, and CA data centres. Existing accounts in those data centres were due to have it enabled by the end of the week of the announcement, so if you don't see the module yet, check again shortly or contact Zoho support. It isn't listed for the UK, so confirm with Zoho before planning a rollout there.
