Getting Started with the Zoho One Web App

The Zoho One web app is a browser-based interface that brings all your organisation's Zoho applications together in one place. Rather than navigating between separate product URLs, every app you have access to is available from a single, unified launcher accessible from any modern web browser.

Accessing the Zoho One Web App

To open the Zoho One web app, navigate to one.zoho.com (or one.zoho.eu for EU-hosted accounts) in your browser and sign in with your Zoho credentials. Once authenticated, you will land on the Zoho One home screen, which displays all the applications assigned to your account.

The App Launcher

The home screen presents a grid of application tiles covering every Zoho product included in your Zoho One subscription. Clicking any tile opens that application directly within the same session. The launcher respects the app assignments your Zoho One administrator has configured, so users only see the applications relevant to their role.

Key Features of the Web App

Unified search. The global search bar at the top of the screen lets you search across multiple Zoho applications simultaneously, surfacing records, contacts, tasks, and documents without switching between apps.
Notifications centre. A consolidated notifications panel displays alerts and updates from all your connected Zoho applications in a single feed, reducing the need to check each product individually.
Profile and account management. Your profile menu provides quick access to account settings, language and regional preferences, and the option to switch between multiple Zoho organisations if your account belongs to more than one.
Recent activity. The web app surfaces recently accessed records and documents across your applications, helping you pick up where you left off without searching through individual products.
Spaces. If your administrator has configured Spaces, these appear in the web app as themed groupings of related applications and resources, making it easier to navigate large Zoho One deployments.

Browser and Device Requirements

The Zoho One web app works with all major modern browsers including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Apple Safari. No browser extension or plugin is required. For the best experience, Zoho recommends keeping your browser updated to its latest stable release.

Note: If applications are not appearing on your home screen, your Zoho One administrator may need to assign those applications to your user account or department. Contact your administrator to review your app assignments.

Mobile Access

In addition to the browser-based web app, Zoho One is also available as a native mobile application for iOS and Android devices. The mobile app provides access to the same application launcher and notifications, with interfaces optimised for smaller screens. Individual Zoho applications also have their own dedicated mobile apps available from the respective app stores.
