How can I send a SMS text message from Zoho CRM?

There is a Zap (third party integration) using called: Zoho CRM send SMS via Clicktell when you edit custom field "Send this SMS" It will detect when a custom Contact field called "Send this SMS" gets updated to something non-blank and sent its contents to the contact's mobile number. 

The mobile number needs to be in +c a n format, where c is the country code, a is the area code and n is the mobile number, e.g. +61 410 487000. 

You need an account at Clickatell, but they are not expensive. You also need a Zapier account (also not expensive).
