Zoho CRM Plus is a pay-as-you-go service with no long-term contract, so you can cancel your subscription at any time directly from within the product.

How to Cancel

1. Open Manage Billings. Click the User icon in the upper-right corner of the page, then click Manage Billings under the Subscription section.
2. Start the cancellation. On the Subscription Details page, hover over your current plan and click Cancel Subscription.
3. Confirm downgrade. Select the checkbox and click Confirm Downgrade.
4. Share your reason. You'll be asked why you're cancelling.
5. Choose your timing. You can downgrade at the end of your current billing cycle, or immediately.

Choosing When It Takes Effect

• At the end of your billing cycle. Leave the "Downgrade automatically at the end of current billing cycle" checkbox selected, and click Confirm Downgrade. You'll see a message confirming the downgrade is scheduled for the end of your cycle.
• Immediately. Clear that same checkbox before clicking Confirm Downgrade, and your subscription closes and downgrades to the Free Plan right away.

Changing Your Mind

If you've scheduled a cancellation for the end of your billing cycle but haven't reached that date yet, you can click Downgrade Immediately to bring the downgrade forward, or click Resume Subscription to cancel the cancellation entirely and continue on your current plan.

What Happens to Each Application

Cancelling your subscription downgrades each individual product in the bundle to its Free Plan. If you previously had a paid Zoho CRM or Zoho SalesIQ subscription before signing up for CRM Plus, these two specifically revert to that prior paid edition rather than dropping to Free, while every other bundled application, such as Campaigns, Desk, Projects, Social, Survey, and Motivator, moves to its Free Plan.
