How Do I Change My Zoho Password?

How Do I Change My Zoho Password

If you know your current password and simply want to update it, this is done from Zoho Accounts (accounts.zoho.com), the single account system shared across every Zoho service.

Changing Your Password

  1. Click your profile icon in whichever Zoho product you're using, and click My Account (or go directly to accounts.zoho.com).
  2. In the sidebar, click Security, then Password.
  3. Click Change Password.
  4. Enter your current password, then your new password, and confirm it.
  5. Click Change Password to save.

Because Zoho Accounts is shared across every Zoho service, your new password applies to signing in to all of them, rather than needing to update it separately per product.

Password Requirements

  • More than 8 characters
  • Cannot be the same as your username or email address
  • No more than 250 characters
  • Cannot be a common dictionary word

After Changing Your Password

You're given the option to terminate all your existing active sessions, across both browser and mobile app. It's worth doing this if you're changing your password because you suspect your account may have been compromised, so any session someone else may have opened is closed immediately.

If you've forgotten your current password entirely, see our article on Zoho Password Reset instead.
