Zoho CRM has a native way to sync your calendar to a mobile device using CalDAV, so events created in Zoho CRM appear on your phone, and vice versa, without needing any third-party tool.
Setting up CalDAV on iOS
- Enable CalDAV in Zoho CRM. Open the Calendar icon, click Options, then Preferences, and enable CalDAV Access.
- Configure your device. On your iPhone, iPad, or Mac, add the CalDAV account using the details from Zoho CRM's CalDAV setup page.
- Check it's syncing. Once configured, events created in Zoho CRM appear on your device's Calendar app, and events created on your device sync back to Zoho CRM automatically.
Note: This supports every Apple device, including Apple Watch via pairing, with no separate configuration needed for the Watch itself. When creating an event directly on your iOS device, make sure to select the correct CalDAV calendar category, typically named after your Zoho CRM email address, or it won't sync back to Zoho CRM.
Android and Windows devices
CalDAV sync for Android and Windows devices requires a third-party CalDAV-compatible app, since these platforms don't support it natively the way iOS does. The server address for these platforms also differs from the iOS setup, so contact Zoho support for the correct configuration details for your specific device and app.
Turning it off
To stop syncing, disable CalDAV Access from the same Preferences screen in Zoho CRM, then delete the CalDAV account from your device separately if you no longer want it listed there.
