By default, a Zoho Sites blog shows five posts per page. If you would prefer to display more, such as 10 or 20 posts at a time, this can be changed in a couple of clicks from the Blog Preferences panel. No coding or template editing is required.
Where to find Blog Preferences
In your Zoho Sites dashboard, go to Configuration and then select Blog Preferences. This is where all of the general settings for your blog are managed, including the title, URL, footer visibility, RSS feed and the number of posts shown per page.
Steps to increase posts per page
- Confirm the blog title and URL. These sit at the top of the Blog Preferences screen and can be updated here if needed.
- Choose whether to show or hide the footer. This controls whether your standard site footer appears on blog pages.
- Enable or disable the RSS feed. Leave this enabled if readers subscribe to your blog via feed readers.
- Set the number of posts per page. Use the drop-down menu to select 10 or 20 (or another available option) instead of the default of 5.
- Click Save. The new post count will take effect immediately across your blog listing pages.
Note: Showing more posts per page can lengthen page load times, particularly if your posts include large images. It is worth balancing reader convenience against page speed when choosing between 10 and 20 posts per page.
Related blog settings
The same Blog Preferences area also lets you control comment settings (including comments per page, moderation and who can comment), set your blog as your site's home page, import or export blog content, and delete a blog entirely if required.
