How to Create Recurring Meetings in Zoho CRM

How to Create Recurring Meetings in Zoho CRM

For meetings that happen repeatedly, such as a weekly client check-in, Zoho CRM lets you set up a recurring pattern rather than creating each occurrence by hand.

Setting up a recurring meeting

Create the meeting as usual, then in the Repeat field set the From and To dates for the recurrence and choose a Repeat Type:

Repeat typeWhat you set
DailyRepeat every day, or every set number of days.
WeeklyRepeat every set number of weeks, on chosen days of the week.
MonthlyRepeat on a specific date each month, or on a specific weekday pattern each month.
YearlyRepeat once a year, either on a fixed date or a specific weekday pattern.

Once you have chosen your pattern, click Save to create the recurring series. Recurring tasks can also be created in bulk from the list view.
