Is there a way to add multiple contacts to a Potential in Zoho CRMl?
Yes when you open a Potential there is a section called Contact Roles. When you click Add Contact Roles you can add individuals from the Account and what their role is (note Account Roles might need to be changed to reflect your business). If you click More Contact you can add someone (or create a Contact) within your CRM – this could be a Consultant not employed by the Account but an influencer.
