Manage Your LLMs with Model-Level Configuration in Zoho CRM

Manage Your LLMs with Model-Level Configuration Based on Cost, Performance, and Capability

Building on Zoho Key Service (ZKS) in Zoho CRM, which let you configure LLMs at the vendor level, Zoho has introduced Manage Models. This lets you go one level deeper and configure LLMs at the model level, with a centralised LLM models section where you can add and remove individual models.

What's New

Admins can pick models based on cost, performance, and capability, then assign different models within the same vendor to different teams.

A Worked Example

Say you're an admin rolling out AI capabilities across teams. Previously, one configuration applied across the entire vendor, so you had to compromise on cost or performance for one team or the other. With Manage Models, you can now choose a fast, low-cost model for sales tasks such as drafting follow-up emails, and a more capable model for support-related tasks such as complex ticket summaries, all from the same vendor.

How It Works

  • Select up to three models and switch between them instantly.
  • Add or remove models at any time, all managed from one centralised place.

Availability

Available on Professional, Enterprise, Ultimate, CRM Plus, and Zoho One, across the US, IN, EU, CA, AU, JP, and CN data centres.
This builds directly on Zoho Key Service (ZKS), which covers vendor-level configuration, free credits by edition, and the OpenAI and Anthropic rollout status.
