The Organisation Info section of the Zoho One Admin Panel is where administrators can view and maintain the core details that define their organisation's identity within Zoho. Keeping this information accurate ensures consistent branding, correct regional formatting, and proper configuration across all Zoho applications tied to the account.
Accessing Organisation Info
To reach the Organisation Info settings, sign in to Zoho One as an administrator and navigate to the Admin Panel. Select Organisation from the left-hand menu, then choose Organisation Info. The page displays all currently stored details and allows authorised administrators to edit them.
Information You Can Manage
- Company name. The legal or trading name of your organisation as it will appear across Zoho applications and in communications sent to users and customers.
- Organisation logo. Upload your company logo to display it within the Zoho One interface and across supported Zoho applications. Supported formats include PNG and JPG; Zoho recommends a transparent-background image for the best result.
- Contact details. The organisation's primary email address, telephone number, and physical address. These details may be used as defaults in Zoho applications such as Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, and Zoho CRM.
- Time zone. Setting the correct time zone ensures that date and time values are displayed consistently across all Zoho applications for users in your organisation's primary location.
- Language and locale. The default language and regional format settings determine how dates, numbers, and currencies are presented throughout the Zoho One interface.
- Date format. Administrators can specify the preferred date format (for example DD/MM/YYYY for UK organisations), which is applied as the default across Zoho One applications.
Updating Organisation Details
- Open the Admin Panel. Sign in to Zoho One and click the Admin Panel option from the top navigation or home screen.
