New field created in Zoho CRM doesn't appear in Zoho Analytics

Scenario - you create a new field in Zoho CRM, wait till the next sync with Zoho Analytics (either manually initiated or automatic) and the field is not in the data tables in Zoho Analytics.

This is a common issue when a new field is created. As there is no data in the new field, there is nothing to sync to Zoho Analytics. So the field doesn't appear in Zoho Analytics. The way around it is to create a test record and sync to Zoho Analytics, then delete the test record. Before you initiate a sync, you also need to make sure the new field is actually included in the sync.
