Switching between modules within Modules and Fields used to mean clicking the small back button to leave the module you were in before you could open another. Zoho CRM has removed that step: you can now switch between modules in a click, without leaving Setup.
How It Works
The module you're currently working on now sits at the top of the page as a drop-down, so you can jump to any other module without backing out first. The Setup menu stays exactly where it is on the left. The module you choose opens straight away, and you can carry on working immediately.
What You Get
- You no longer lose sight of other settings when you open a module.
- No back arrow, and no detour through the full Modules and Fields list.
- A search box at the top of the drop-down, especially handy in accounts with lots of custom modules.
- The module name sits at the top of the page, and a tick in the drop-down confirms it, making it easy to keep track when you're working through several modules in a row.
Availability
Available now for all partner and partner demo accounts, across all data centres. Rollout to regular user accounts is happening data-centre by data-centre over the coming weeks, so it may not be visible in a customer's account just yet.
