Building complete Lead and Contact profiles from limited initial data is one of the most persistent challenges in CRM management. Zia's People Data Enrichment feature — powered by the WebAmigo extension from the Zoho Marketplace — automates this process, retrieving professional and personal profile information from publicly available sources and filling gaps in your CRM records without overwriting data your team has already captured.
Zia uses one or more identifying fields already present on a Lead or Contact record as the basis for its lookup. Enrichment can be initiated when at least one of the following trigger fields contains a value:
By default, People Data Enrichment does not overwrite existing field values — it fills empty fields rather than replacing data already present on the record.
Profile-level information about the individual, including full name, profile photograph, location or city, personal biography, and personal website address.
Career and contact information relevant to their professional identity, including job title, company name, work email address, work phone number, LinkedIn URL, Twitter/X URL, Facebook URL, educational background, and professional skills.
The Data Enrichment settings include two monitoring tabs. The History tab records previous enrichment runs with details of which records were processed and when. The Usage tab tracks credit consumption so administrators can monitor usage against available allowances.
