Related lists in Zoho CRM show you the records connected to whatever you're currently working on, such as contacts under an account, activities tied to a deal, or products linked to a quote. Until now, a related list only showed 10 records at a time, so filtering results or acting on several records meant either opening each one individually or navigating away to the related module's own list view.
The Related List Expanded View changes this. Clicking the expand icon on any supported related list opens a full-width workspace where you can view up to 100 records per page, apply filters to narrow down results, and perform mass actions on selected records, all without ever leaving the record's details page.
Opening the expanded view reveals a filter panel on the left, populated with the related module's own fields. Select the fields you want to filter by, set your conditions, and click Apply Filter, and the record count updates immediately to reflect your filtered results. A column chooser icon sits next to the expand button, letting you control which columns are displayed in the expanded view.
Selecting one or more records in the expanded view lets you act on them together, with almost every action available in a standard list view supported here too, including Send Email, Tags, Mass Update, Run Macro, Create Task, Change Owner, Cadences, Print Using Canvas, Mail Merge, Delete, Export Selected Records, and other module-specific actions.
Views for Related Lists is planned next, which will let related records be filtered by predefined criteria, similar to how custom views work for a module's main list, rather than needing to apply the same filter manually each time.
