The Reports section within the Zoho One Admin Panel gives administrators visibility into how users and applications are performing across the organisation. Rather than logging into each Zoho application individually to gather usage data, Zoho One consolidates key activity and analytics into a single reporting area accessible to administrators from the central control panel.
What the Reports Section Shows
Reports in Zoho One are focused on organisational usage and administrative oversight, rather than operational business metrics from individual apps.
- User activity: View login history, session data, and activity patterns across the user base to understand engagement and identify inactive accounts.
- Application usage: See which applications are being accessed and how frequently, helping administrators understand adoption rates across the suite.
- Licence and provisioning data: Review how many users have been assigned to each application and whether licences are being used effectively.
- Security and access events: Monitor sign-in attempts, failed authentication events, and MFA usage to support security compliance.
Accessing Reports in the Admin Panel
Reports are available directly within the Zoho One Admin Panel and do not require any additional configuration to view.
- Open the Admin Panel. Sign in to Zoho One with an administrator account and navigate to the Admin Panel.
- Select Reports. Find the Reports section in the left-hand navigation of the Admin Panel.
- Choose the report type. Select the category of report you require, such as user activity or application usage, and apply any date or filter criteria.
- Review and export. View the data on screen, and where available, export the report in a spreadsheet format for further analysis or record-keeping.
Using Reports to Support IT and HR Administration
The Reports section is particularly useful for IT administrators managing access and security, and for HR or operations teams tracking adoption of new tools. If your organisation is rolling out a new Zoho application, usage reports help you identify which teams have engaged with it and which may need further onboarding support. For security reviews, login and authentication reports provide an audit trail for compliance purposes.
Note: The Reports section in Zoho One provides organisational-level data. For detailed operational reporting within individual applications, such as sales pipeline reports in Zoho CRM or ticket volume in Zoho Desk, you should access the reporting tools within those specific applications or use Zoho Analytics for cross-app dashboards.
