Telephony Integration - RingCentral where are the screen pop free type comments stored?

When you use the RingCentral Telephony Integration you have a box to free type what the call is about. This box is called description, and these comments are stored in the calls description. These comments are not available to be viewed at Note level of the contact you have to locate the Call and open the call to read the description.

According to Zoho: "The reason to store this information as call description is that there were many instances that our customers were not able to differentiate call notes from other notes while viewing a contact. Moreover we were not able to provide reporting for calls along with this information if we stored it as a note to the contact. We took a report and 99% of our customers were preferring description field over notes for contacts."
