The email related list - All and CRM
Sent Emails From CRM = This section will show all the emails sent from CRM irrespective of whether they are sent via your custom SMTP or CRM's SMTP.
ALL = This section will show only the emails pulled from your IMAP server and your colleagues who have shared the emails with you.
