Note: As a Partner of Zoho we have a faster SLA (Service Level Agreement) than paid customers. If we raise an issue on your behalf it should be resolved faster than you raising the issue directly. This is one of the advantages of working with a Zoho Partner. Furthermore, depending on the issue or how critical it is we have channels of communication to escalate the issue directly with the product team, product manager or senior management.
