All Zoho One users get Zoho Backstage's Free plan features, plus a one-time complimentary Premium event add-on to use on a single event.
What's Included with the Free Plan
Alongside the Free plan's standard features, Zoho One users also get access to custom domain mapping for their event site, and all of Backstage's Zoho integrations, at no extra cost.
The One-Time Premium Add-On
Important: This complimentary Premium event add-on is a one-time allowance, not a recurring benefit. Once it's used on an event, it won't be replenished when your Zoho One subscription renews. Use it thoughtfully on the event where it'll genuinely make the most difference.
Hosting Further Events Beyond the Free Plan
To host additional events with more advanced features, you can purchase Backstage event add-ons (Essentials, Premium, or Ultimate) directly from Zoho One. These come in two purchasing formats:
- One-time add-ons. Purchased individually whenever a specific event needs more advanced features, with cost incurred only for that one event.
- Recurring add-ons. Charged on an ongoing monthly or yearly basis, suited to organisations running events regularly rather than occasionally.
