If you can't access Automation features in Zoho Campaigns, it's usually down to one of two things: your current plan doesn't include it, or the more advanced automation capability you're looking for has actually moved to a separate product, Zoho Marketing Automation.
Basic automation within Zoho Campaigns itself, such as autoresponder sequences triggered by a contact joining a list, is generally available on paid plans rather than the free tier. If you're on a free or trial account, upgrading to a paid Zoho Campaigns plan is usually the fix.
More advanced, multi-step, behaviour-based automation, often called a Journey Builder, now lives in Zoho Marketing Automation, a separate product built on top of the same contact and campaign data. This lets you build customer journeys that combine email, SMS, WhatsApp, social, and web behaviour into a single visual, drag-and-drop flow, with branching logic based on what a contact does or doesn't do.
