With email tracking, will the Status (for example Sent, Received, Open) always be accurate?
If the recipient has used Track busters or enabled the firewall to block-mail tracking, then the Email Tracking feature of Zoho CRM will not be working as expected, since the recipient had intentionally blocked the mail tracking feature. In this case, the tracking will not be working 100% perfect.
