Workflow - I am creating a Workflow in Accounts but it doesn't interact with the Contact module
I can't seem to create a workflow in the Accounts Module which updates a field in the Contact module and updates a field in the Accounts module, when the workflow is triggered by meeting certain criteria in the Accounts Module.
Standard workflow triggers can only work on one Module and the data contained in that one module. This is why you can’t achieve what you are trying to achieve.
With Zoho CRM Enterprise edition, there is an option called “Custom Functions” – this is where Zoho’s programming language is used. A piece of code would need to be written to achieve what you are requesting.
