Zoho takes a privacy-first approach to Zia's AI processing. Only prompts and metadata (such as column names and data types) are shared with the underlying language model. Columns marked as Personally Identifiable Information (PII) are never shared with the LLM under any circumstances.

Access Requirements

Generative AI features in Zia are available on Premium and Enterprise plans. Account Administrators must enable these capabilities in the organisation settings before other admins and users can access them.
