Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan supports up to 2 users, 5 workspaces, and 10,000 rows at no cost. It is designed for small-scale reporting needs.

How is a "user" defined?
Any person to whom at least one view has been privately shared is counted as a user. The account administrator is also counted as one user.

How are stored rows counted?
Row counts are based on the total rows across all tables in your account. Query tables and tabular views are excluded from the count.

What extra features come with paid plans?
Paid plans unlock unlimited workspaces, scheduled data imports, automated report emailing, unlimited SQL query tables, multiple workspace administrators, periodic backups, and logo rebranding capabilities.

Data Import and Synchronisation

Supported formats include Excel (.xls/.xlsx), CSV, TSV, plain text, HTML, MS Access (.mdb), and zipped versions of these. Google Spreadsheets and web URLs that return CSV or Excel data are also supported.

Are there file size limits?
Files imported via the user interface are limited to 1,000,000 rows or 100 MB, whichever comes first. For larger datasets, use the Zoho Databridge utility.
