Zoho Commerce is Zoho's ecommerce platform, enabling businesses to build and manage online stores without requiring specialist technical knowledge. As part of Zoho One, Commerce can be activated and administered from the central Admin Panel, allowing organisations to align their online retail operations with the rest of their business applications.
What Zoho Commerce Provides
Zoho Commerce gives businesses the tools to sell products online, manage orders, and engage customers throughout the buying journey.
- Store builder: Create and customise an online storefront using templates, with no coding required.
- Product catalogue management: Add, organise, and update products including descriptions, images, pricing, and variants.
- Order management: Track orders from purchase through to fulfilment, with customer notification workflows.
- Payment gateway integration: Connect to multiple payment providers to accept cards, digital wallets, and other methods.
- Inventory sync: Integrate with Zoho Inventory to keep stock levels accurate across sales channels.
- CRM and marketing integration: Push customer and order data into Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns for targeted follow-up.
Activating Zoho Commerce in Zoho One
Administrators can add Zoho Commerce to their Zoho One environment directly from the Admin Panel.
- Access the Admin Panel. Log in to Zoho One and open the Admin Panel from the main navigation.
- Navigate to Applications. Go to the Applications section and search for Zoho Commerce in the available apps list.
- Enable the application. Select Zoho Commerce and activate it for your organisation. Follow any guided prompts to complete the initial setup.
- Assign access to users. Use the Users section to assign Commerce to the relevant staff, such as your marketing or sales team members responsible for managing the store.
- Launch the store setup. Assigned users can open Zoho Commerce from the Zoho One app launcher to begin building and configuring the store.
Connecting Commerce with Other Zoho Apps
Because Commerce sits within Zoho One, it benefits from native connections to the wider Zoho ecosystem. Orders placed in Commerce can flow into Zoho Books for financial processing, customer records can be synced with Zoho CRM, and stock movements can be tracked in Zoho Inventory. This means your online store does not operate in isolation — it feeds into the same operational infrastructure as your other sales and finance processes.
Note: Store customisation, product configuration, and domain setup are managed within the Zoho Commerce interface, not within the Zoho One Admin Panel.
