Zoho CRM and Xero Integration Explained

Zoho CRM and Xero

Zoho CRM connects to Xero through a dedicated extension on Zoho Marketplace, syncing financial data between the two systems so your team can see invoices and payment status without leaving the CRM.

What the integration syncs

The extension supports two-way synchronisation of invoices, products, contacts, estimates, vendors, and sales and purchase orders. A change made in either Xero or Zoho CRM carries over to the other, so your customer and financial records stay aligned without manual re-entry.

Why this is useful

  • View outstanding invoices and payment status directly within a customer's CRM record
  • Get real-time visibility on overdue payments without switching to Xero
  • Combine financial and customer data in reporting
  • Share relevant financial context with sales and support teams who don't normally have Xero access
Note: This extension is available for Enterprise edition and above, and on the Ultimate edition its functionality is included as a bundled feature rather than a separate install. You'll need to authorise access to both your Zoho CRM and Xero accounts to set it up, and can typically choose which direction sync should flow, or enable full bidirectional sync.
