Zoho CRM and Zoho Reports Integration - who can initiate it?

Since, Zoho Reports is not an Organization model, the user who purchased the Zoho CRM Plus subscription has to create the Database and sync within Zoho Reports initially. After the Database creation, user can add you as a Database admin within reports, so that you will have access to the entire database created within the Reports application.
