Zoho CRM Data Backup

With a paid subscription of Zoho CRM you are entitled to one free backup (data download) per month. Additional backups are charged at $ 10 per backup.

To set the backup in Zoho CRM you go to Setup - Data Administration - Data Backup and set the required parameters.

When the backup has been run the Super Admin in the account will be notified with an email subject line "Your request to export data". Within the email will be links where you can download the export to save on your network storage. The links expire 48 hours after the email has been sent. The downloaded data is in a Zoho Proprietary format.

If you wish to obtain your data in a series of excel spreadsheets this can be done by emailing Zoho support (support@zohocrm.com) requesting a copy of all your data. Zoho will charge $10 per request. If this is a regular request, you can schedule an email within your email software to regularly send this email.
